We are committed, where possible, to minimising the impact our activities have on our environment. We therefore aim to:

Suppliers

Trade with companies who demonstrate that they either have, or who are developing environmental policies, procedures and systems.

Technology

We will actively encourage the use of technology throughout the supply chain, namely e-trading solutions and email, to reduce the amount of unnecessary paperwork and wastage. Our electronic solutions make both ours and your business more efficient, saving everyone time, money, wastage and energy.

Packaging Waste

In addition we aim to reduce, recycle and reuse packaging wherever possible. To this end we will provide our customers with free recycling bins for toners and cartridges in order that they don't go straight to landfill and will promote 'green' products where possible.

Deliveries

Ideally we would prefer to operate consolidated deliveries, however we are aware that this is not always possible and will therefore continue to operate a next day delivery if required.

Single Source Supply

We have a range of 30,000 products and an extensive bespoke range. We feel well placed therefore to promote the Single Source message as it's proven that buying from a number of sources does not make economical sense in terms of extra deliveries, order processing and obtaining the best price for the products.
