Delivery
We control our own fleet of vehicles and as a result the majority of our deliveries are controlled by us. This means we can provide you with an excellent delivery service to meet your requirements.

Desks and Storage. - Five Day Delivery
Delivery within five working days from receipt of order
- Installation by our own trained delivery team.
- A telephone call prior to delivery from the supervisor to confirm the premises are clear and ready to receive the delivery.
- Removal of all packaging materials.
- No minimum order quantity.
- No delivery and installation charges.
Chairs, self assemble items, lighting - Next Day Furniture Delivery
- Next day delivery
- No minimum order quantity
- No delivery charges
- Chairs can be delivered in 5 days (eg. with a desk order) if customer services are notified when you place your order.
Furniture Order Checklist
When ordering any furniture, which falls under the 5 day delivery, you will be asked for the following information:
- Customer contact number and telephone number
- Full delivery address including the postcode
- Entrance and floor for delivery
- Details of any potential parking problems
- Availability of a lift
- Special opening hours outside 9am to 5.30pm.

Returns
Should you for any reason be unhappy with the products you have ordered please contact us. We will arrange a collection for you.
- Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging and proper paperwork must be supplied when we come to collect the parcel.
- Promotional items, specials, office furniture and printed matter cannot be returned once ordered, except if damaged or defective.
- Your statutory rights are not affected
